[wdvltalk] Re: IE and the pop-up menu

Update on Howard's script.

I opened up today and checked Howard's script and it wouldn't work!!   But a
bit more tinkering and it is now functioning correctly in IE with javascript
turned off.   This is the <style>/<script> I have ended up with:
