I've got the Toshiba m205. It is the first Toshiba I've ever owned. Like you I have been a bit leery of them as too proprietary. My first tablet was an Acer which had some really good features. Problem was that there were quality control problems. Three weeks to the day after I bought it the screen inverter went out. Less than 2 months after I got it back (took 10 days for Acer to fix and return it) it over heated so badly the rubber feet melted off.
Micro Center where I bought it stood behind their sale and allowed me to replace it with the Toshiba. (After discovering the other Acer they new in the box had a broken latch and dead pixels.) I have been very pleased with the Toshiba. Cheryl D. It seems like Toshiba gets the rave reviews, but I'm leery of anything from Toshiba. ____ The WDVL Discussion List from WDVL.COM ____ To Join wdvltalk, Send An Email To: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or use the web interface http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ Send Your Posts To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To change subscription settings, add a password or view the web interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=wdvltalk ________________ http://www.wdvl.com _______________________ You are currently subscribed to wdvltalk as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
