When you Ctrl+Alt+Del, it comes up with iexplore.exe. I didn't try to search for that but will the next time I get on her computer. I did see something about Google sending out the Kama Sutra worm that supposedly deletes programs and messes with the registry. Could this be her problem?

Have you searched for iexplore.exe? That should find the program for you.
