Hi Riva - If she clicks on a link and it opens in IE, then it didn't remove it from her computer. Mine appears under "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" Might just have to create a new shortcut for it. It's really hard to say why it would have disappeared. Are there other things that have disappered as well? Sometimes I have seen end-users accidentally click the wrong buttons, etc. Not saying that is the case, but unless you are there when it happens, it's hard to say.

I didn't try to search for that but will the next time I get on her computer. I did see something about Google sending out the Kama Sutra worm that supposedly deletes programs and messes with the registry. Could this be her problem?
