I had visions of finding I was using a newer version of Visual Interdev
like controls. I'm finding just what you said - the controls are part
of ASP.NET 2.0 and not limited to Visual Web Developer Express. I will
be getting Visual Studio 2005 (I have the evaluation edition) as I also
do VB programming. When I open it, it appears to include the VWD that
had been installed first.
Is there a comparison anywhere between VWD and VS 2005? Apparently
ASP.NET is not considered a language the way ASP classic was. VB and C#
are the two most common languages for programming under ASP.NET. So
what is the difference between using VB and VWD?
