Grats on the ride--suffered through durations like that myself (but when much younger ;) ). <plug> Good chance to plug the home state :) One excellent way for the biking crowd to get away from their laptops once a year is to come to Iowa and ride RAGBRAI ;) 7 days across the state. I think they capped participation at 25K this year, but it's a great bicycle ride with a growing collection of people from around the world. Of course, the problems with RAGBRAI suffering are more related to riding 100 miles a day in 100 degree Iowa summer heat and humidity with a 24 beer hangover than anything else. :) Anyway, a biking adventure worth doing once. They have a website up (finally--sucks, but it's up) at www.ragbrai.org. </end plug> B ____________________________________________________________________ -------------------------------------------------------------------- Join The Web Consultants Association : Register on our web site Now Web Consultants Web Site : http://just4u.com/webconsultants If you lose the instructions All subscription/unsubscribing can be done directly from our website for all our lists. ---------------------------------------------------------------------
