Sandy, I"m not disputing the font on the site at
http://www.mpsf.com/portfrm.html in the lower left nav area is Gill Sans,
I'm sure it is. I'm only saying that a Gill Sans suitcase I had on my
system did not match it.

Hugh Spell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> was kind enough to send me what he had on his
system for Gill Sans. I installed his fonts after removing my current Gill
Sans version, and guess what: his do in fact match the Gill Sans font used
on the site in question, and they are rather different from the Gill Sans I
had.

For example, the Gill Sansfont I had, in the capital "M", the center "v"
part of the M goes all the way down to the bottom of the letter. But his
font, and the one on the site, only goes about 60% of the way down. Quite a
difference.

My Gill Sans lower case "g", the tail is very simple, just a curve to the
left. But Hugh's (and the site's) is an enclosed flattened loop. Completely
different.

But I still am puzzled as to why the Gill Sans I had looked so different in
AppleWorks compared to Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady. In AppleWorks it looked
like the font on the site; but in Adobe it didn't. Very bizarre.

Sorry if this is confusing ;-)

Barry
