That's exactly what I was trying to avoid. But maybe I'm not thinking
big enough here. Gotta rethink my position. Is this a genuine
market opportunity, or is there a very poisonous catch somewhere?

Figures in The Netherlands are far more favorable. However, I can't
find the report I had on that so maybe I'm suffering illusions.

Yes, that is a good suggestion. Our aim is to provide several means of
payment anyway. But we really would also like to do credit cards.

Sounds like you been there, done that.... Any good pointers? It's a
jungle of URLs out there, and the noise ratio on this subject appears
to be particularly high.
