Delaware and Nevada are particularly friendly to corporations, from
what my accountant tells me. Low tax rates, etc. Nevada is powered by
the gambling business, so most other taxes, etc. are supposedly very, very
reasonable. And there are many agents who will incorporate you and handle
all the details. This is why I hear that many distribution companies have
set up their business in Nevada.
Me, I am in California, which taxes and regulates things a bit more...
