... a rubric is a way of scoring usually like a
Likkert (sp?) (scale of 1-5  for example) that uses
the "rules or authoritative directions" and gives
a rating system.

Just wondered if such an easy rubric rating
system existed. Sure it does out there somewhere.
Wondered if anyone ran into it. May even be
automated to check sites and give scores.

Of course I am aware of course of the HTML 4.0
and accessibility standards... just wondered
if there was a scoring rubric attached to these
standards for scorability.
