I've been using it on NT 4, service pack 3, for about 4 months and it has
become my preferred browser. It's been stable and only has a few funky bugs
that I've found:

1) The right scrollbar doesn't always work if you click right on the
elevator button when the html page is newly loaded.
2) When opening the history list it sometimes freezes the app. I've found
that if I shorten the history period (5 days now), that the problem doesn't
occur.

Other than that, smooth sailing. Could be partly because of some
improvements made in NT with service pack 3, which requires the installation
of IE, too.

Can't speak for Win 95 experience.
