Not sure what you mean by 'removed and reloaded'. You need to *uninstall*
IE4 and then do a fresh installation using a newly downloaded copy.

Does the error say 'unsupported method'? Is there a warning that the script
is taking too long to run? Does NS end up being launched. If yes, the
problem is likely that NS is your default browser. Either set IE to be your
default or use NS.
If the error message says 'no such interface supported', you have a
different problem. See

on that problem and how to work around it.
