While expounding my frustration, Microsoft is almost set to release
IE 5.0 beta next month. In the last month that I've been looking at
the problem, I do believe that M$ is myopically looking at Netscape's
releasing rather than ensuring a stable product.

As I told Kayla in a hot frustrating moment, I've informed my
customer base not to upgrade their IE. One customer in particular is
running an NT server with about 50 windows 95 and Mac installations.
They use their intranet to make decisions about movie promotions and
marketing. They can afford me rooting around for a fix,
for each machine, but they have time tables which demand responses in
timely matter so I can't just upload something and hope I get half
the machines up and running again.
