Urm...they *will* and do cancel accounts for lack of payment. Further, if
you don't get a bill from them when the bill is actually do, they will bill
you even a year later. They told me they are still catching up on billing
all of the domains from back before there was a fee. Admittedly, this was a
bit over a year ago.
