The ISP, who happened to be the (near) monopoly telco here rudely cut off my phone when I disputed a phony billing of over a 1000$ for old "free" Domain Names. The newly born Registrar was particularly heavy handed with both deletions and billings of the old domains and used the telco as its tax gatherer.
