Agree.  I really like the "I did this with these tools in this amount 
of time".  I think I will create a form/db for people to put url, 
description of site, tools used, and time it took.  As I have never 
worked with another programmer I have no idea if the time I take is 
too much or not enough.

I think the clue is the blueprint.  If you really consider what you 
are going to do before you jump in, then you can get a lot done in a 
hurry.
