Hi Linda,
We were looking into translating a site into 7 languages and found the
rates high in the professional arena - ranges $500 - $2000 per page. We
also checked into using college students for the same job at average $200
per page.
As for shopping carts and merchant accounts, there's a lot of resources in
my bookmarks from recent research I couls share with you if needed.
