Chad,
I have been there as well.
Just wanted to let you know that your case is not so unusual.
Once I get focused I will start to write my little intro (cgi/html)
that will lead a person to understand what is involved in creating
the simplest of email forms. It will begin with a set of basic
requirements such as complete access to the web domain (such as what
I get at iserver). A minimum would be telnet access to cgi-bin in
which I could do what I want and access to log files. A must would
be that if any perl module was not installed that it could be
installed by someone by the end of the day -- but I would list a
minimum that if these were not installed then the person was using
the wrong host AND I WOULD NOT do any work for them. PAIR.com does a
good job of describing what they have. Anyhow, this and much more
has to be discussed/understood in advance of a job.
