It's also great to see if anyone is talking about you (or your
websites), etc.  I too use it for problem resolution.  I had a
problem getting a Ditto Tape Drive to work in my NT system ( BTW:
I like the drive now, but I seriously doubt that I will buy any
more products from Ditto due to the 3 months it took to get the
system working properly.
