     We are using one for quasi-self-diagnostics at Mall-Net.  The
participant answers a number of questions, and they are processed, and
probabilities shown.  I wrote it a few years back, and probably should
update it, as I should a lot of things there.

   The script processes a data file with questions and values for the
expected answers.  It would probably need some work to set up for your
purposes, but the general idea may be of use.  If you wish, and have a
budget, I could set something up that is better suited for your use.
