I've been using a free server (for non profit/educational) that generates
test in multiple formats, even can correct them using booleans.

The server is used by the Maui Comunity College-

Pretty neat, but the big problem is verifying who actually took the test
and under what conditions ;<).

They also offer the script for sale and have been improving it constantly.
