When you get the tracking number track it on the Net. I had a
laptop delivered with a Saturday delivery and it had not come. I
tracked it and found it was at a center near me (they attempted
delivery on Friday). I called and asked where it was and they
searched (at least put the phone on hold) and came back and said
it wasn't there. "Yes it was, according to your tracking number
on the Net," said I. They checked again, and sure enough it was
found and delivered within the hour.
