Well it's easy to see how they took over. How many new computers
were shipped with Win98? We purchased a new one for the office
and had a helluva time trying to untangle IE as we are diehard
Netscapers. What's also interesting is how they got in bed with
Seagate tape, and, if you buy an HP 8 GB tape it won't work on a
Win98 machine unless you go through a lot of gyrations to
uninstall Seagate (of course it doesn't say Seagate).
