Get a demo copy of Homesite 3.0 from Allaire's web site
(www.allaire.com). It has an
option in setup for forcing everything in HREFs to lowercase. Haven't
tried it on imported files yet (and can't at moment as it's on other
system at home), but have a feeling it'll probably do the trick for you.
