Interesting... I looked at the Internet Traffic Report for the past couple of
days, and its "ping summary" for North America seems to have dropped
quite sharply starting early yesterday (Oct. 1); the ping index is scaled 0 -
100 and for awhile it was down below 35. Normal values are closer to 50
in any given time period.
