My clients want me to set up a page offering used kayaks for sale, with
sales by phone only (no online credit card verfication or online sales).
They would like for their readers to be able to post listings of boats for
sale also. Ideally, I would like this page to function independently of my
involvement so that I don't constantly have to update it when boats are
added to the page or are sold.
Does anyone know of a canned script that might allow input similar to a
guestbook, but would also allow the user to delete a listing or to mark it
"sold"?
Or is there a Perl whiz out there who would like to do it for me very
inexpensively or possibly in trade for whitewater kayaking equipment or
kayak instruction (in NC or southern Oregon)? This site is going to be
moved to a server that offers ColdFusion, so that's another possibility.
But, I should stress that these folks have very little money--I do their
site for fun and equipment trade only.
