Jennifer,
I've used Acrobat with some pretty good results. With Acrobat 3.0x,
you just select Acrobat PDF Writer as the printer, print each page to
a separate file eg. web001.pdf, web002.pdf, etc. Then combine all the
pages into one file. That way, when it is printed, the page numbers
should be sequential.
By the way. If you've already saved the site as individual files into
a folder (along with all the graphics each file uses) and each page looks
right when opened in a browser -- AND you have an icon for your printer
on your desktop, in Win95, you can select all the HTML files from a
folder and drag them to the printer icon to print all of them. One
'gotcha' in doing it this way is that Win95 will open multiple instances
of your default browser to use to print each page.
I realize that neither of these methods are the solution you are
seeking, but thought they may be appetizers for thought and stimulate
you to finding a more 'workable' solution. Printing a 150 page website
isn't going to be easy unless one of the WYSIWYG site editors out there
have a 'print entire site' feature, but I've never seen that in one.
Good luck,
Tom Fosson
