You really have to wonder about the value of hosting a site that
has such a limited audience. Perhaps you saw a recent article
on the Net somewhere that stated that MOST people on the
Web cannot see the Clinton cyber-video because their
hardware/software was not strong enough. The Net is
populated with MANY surfers who use pre-4.x browsers.
