Well, now that you mention it, that is another PITA. I don't think the
import filters in Office import the same thing the same way twice, and
they seem to carry with them idiosyncracies tied to the user's system.
Agree with HS usage. I use it for about 60% of all original writing now
(when I'm not worried about RAM usage). The remainder is done in
Eudora's text editor.
On the subject of simplistic editing and writing . . . .
I got an email from a staff member today saying "what do upside-down L's
mean?" Curious, I investigate. She was referring to a handwritten note
I had left her, asking for an item to be added to the staff meeting
agenda. I had written the F's and T's in Graffiti . . .
Technology is messing up all my writing skills :)
