You are subscribed, or looped to the Web Consultant's mailing list.
PERL is a very important issue to web consultants, as most CGI-BIN scripts
that process forms and generate custom pages are written in PERL.

If by chance you have not subscribed yourself, you should examine your
e-mail headers for indirection by improper .forward file. (I had that
happen to me once, someone inside Lockheed had forwarded all his mail on
punk rock and motorcycles to me, a classical music and large station wagon
type of person.)

   Other possibilities include:
inheritance from a predicessor in your position
subscription by prank ( try to unsubscribe )
       absentmindedness (I've done that myself!)
mailing system problems (wrong DNS numbers, etc.)
aliasing problems (local sysadmin mixed up aliases)

This should help you get started on tracking down how you are getting
this mailing list.
