Yes. Consult the online Linux-on-PC-hardware experts by:
1. Joining the redhat-install mailing list (for issues pertaining
to installing Red Hat Linux): use [EMAIL PROTECTED]
to sign up. Also consider joining the other related mailing lists
from redhat:
redhat-list via [EMAIL PROTECTED]
redhat-announce-list via [EMAIL PROTECTED]
2. Joining the linux-l mailing list via [EMAIL PROTECTED]
3. And subscribing to these Usenet newsgroups:
linux.redhat.misc
comp.os.linux.setup
redhat.hardware.arch.intel
Chances are that if you describe this problem to those communities --
where tons'o people familiar with Linux on PC hardware can be found --
that *somebody* is going to have your answer.
