Yes, of course. In my experience, sometimes interNIC responds in a timely
fashion, but usually it takes weeks/months/never. I have been having a hell
of a time with them this year trying to modify my contact info. I changed
my company name and had to send them a Notarized form to get them to accept
this change: it took months and several attempts on my part. More recently,
I tried to change my company address using a form they sent me. I filled it
out, sent it back, and they replied saying I had used the wrong form, the
very form they sent me in the first place! Sheesh...
Where is the competition to get interNIC to understand what real customer
service is?
