I have been trying for a month to get a modification made to one of our
sites. I have phoned them over 15 times and sent TONS of copies of the same
fax. They still refuse to make the change. They told me a supervisor would
contact me - that has not happened. They FINALLY sent me a form email
saying the reason it hadn't gone through yet was because I hadn't included
the tracking number or the domain name on the top of the fax. I wrote them
back telling them both are very clearly stated at the top of the fax. My
client is getting very angry and can't understand what the problem is, and
I'm running out of suggestions as to why it might not be going through!
