I had one that was a nightmare.. started December 16th and just completed
this past weekend, and that after two calls to them. This one was a
change to the domain where the contact info was all wrong so it did
require a fax and such.. but still
We have another where we just applied for a new domain and were told that
it "couldn't be processed automatically and would be handled manually"..
still haven't figured out the scoop there.
They seem to be behind (or at least that's the excuse we got when we
phoned)
