I've been in a fairly long discussion with the (volunteer) web site developer RE their 
lack of accessibility -- ie, improper use of the NoFrames tag.

  <p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p>
  </body>
  </noframes>

Frankly, I applaud the move toward "professionalism" in the industry -- I'm not yet 
convinced, however, that the professional organizations need my $ or volunteer time. 
Well, except Seattle WebGrrls -- but that's *local* -- and it's always easier to 
volunteer locally.
