That's too bad. NT is not suitable for robust, secure, scalable, efficient,
portable, standards-compliant Internet services. You should insist on
switching to a platform which is all of those, which means switching to
one of the Linux or Unix variants out there. After all, that's where
all significant Internet development has happened for the last two decades
and where it continues to happen, to the complete exclusion of all
Windows-based OS's.
Trying to provide Internet services on NT is the equivalent of trying
to compete in the Indy 500 with a Ford Pinto. If the client insists
on this ridiculous course of action, my recommendation would be to
inform them that they're wasting your time, drop them, and let someone
else run this fool's errand.
