Well, you *could* go to the qualcomm site and download an eval version or Eudora Lite 
and see if you can walk your client thru this. I was just about to do this very thing 
(download,install, peek) ... but ya'll have saved me, I hope. I'm forwarding the 
instructions to an errant member of another list.

The weird thing is that a member in Canada, on a Novel network, can't read his mail at 
all. It arrives at Yahoo.mail as an RTF file; exchange and Eudora (of course) read it 
fine.

Weird.
