Do it, and include a clause which specifies significant charges which
will be assessed for (a) each piece of spam sent, on a per-recipient
basis, and (b) each incident of spam, for clean-up costs.
And if he does it anyway -- then cut off every service you are providing,
move all of his data to tape, send him a bill, submit his domain to the
RBL, and pursue him in court until he pays in full. Be prepared to be
completely ruthless, and do not show the slightest pity: spammers are
the scum of the Internet universe (orders of magnitude worse than
porno site operators or the usually-suggested-but-incorrect villains),
and they deserve to be hammered at every available opportunity.
