I don't believe that's true. There was an article in the Manchester (NH)
Union Leader about a spammer right here in New Hampshire that was sued and
won, and laughed and bragged about it to the Union Leader reporter.
Unfortunately the article was many months ago and has long since found its
way to the landfill.
