Aw, come on, Rich, don't hold back, tell us how you really feel! ;-)
I don't presume to speak for Gary but if it were me asking that question,
I'd probably be more interested in how to word the policy so that it
spells out what constitutes spam, etc. Otherwise ... and maybe regardless
... he could get sued for discrimination or some such BS. And, as we all
know, at least in the American judicial system right and wrong mean little
or nothing, the winner is the one that can afford the best lawyer and/or
fend of bankruptcy the longest.
