Peter, I can't imagine why one would design a web page for a specific OS or
browser or combo _unless_ you were designing for an intranet where the
browser/OS was controlled.

You might design for a specific platform if the site was say, targeted just
at Mac users.

Otherwise, you have to accomodate all of the above. Right?
