Hello;
I have modified the Installer that I created to include the following
popup alert:
If Windows is not running on Apple Branded hardware you may not
develop applications with WebObjects!
If you continue, and this is not Apple Branded Hardware, you are in
violation of the WebObjects License from Apple Inc.
You may use this installer to deploy applications without restriction
of hardware.
Please review the WebObjects license, at apple.com, to ensure you
understand any restrictions before installing.
Hopefully, this will cover the terms of the License.

What about those who purchased the Windows Development licenses of
5.2, have those been revoked? Is there anyone on the list from
Apple that can clarify? I develop on OS X and Mac Pro, so doesn't
really apply to my development, but there are many Windows shops
out there.
If you bought a 5.2 license and you're continuing to develop with
5.2, your license is still valid. If you upgrade to 5.3+, however,
you would have to accept the new license terms.
