That MS is throwing millions at this isn't of any significance.
The whole WO system, including the developer tools and YellowBox,
obviously can't be developed for $25K.
But developing just the WebObjects deployment library based on a free
Foundation library/EOF is no big deal at all and can be done for $25K
or maybe twice the price. Given that the result is a source available
deployment version that is probably worth the development cost.
