Not exactly app-server range, but if X Server's apache will serve Java
servlets, and JSP that's probably my next-best-choice for lower-budget apps,
personally. ASP is too manual, too limited, and too unstructured. (Not
even getting into IIS sorta-required, slow, unstable ... )
