  I will definitely include #2. In fact, the chart already lists the 
internet cost as a seperate item.

  As for #1, for resale of shrink-wrapped apps, YOU are assuming that 
Apple doesn't have a reseller plan.

  THEY DO! You can bundle WO with your SWA, Apple charges you a % of 
your application cost. TALK TO YOUR APPLE REP. Geesh. Why am I 
wasting my time with someone who bitches about costs in an open forum 
instead of just picking up the phone and talking to their Apple rep.
