Thanks for this, Alan. This will be an important option for us to 
consider evolving the UGs outside the CG structure. So, when the new 
infrastructure is ready, it just becomes a governance 
discussion/decision and no longer a web app constraint. Also, I read 
your restructuring document. The wiki with localization support will 
help us implement the language/country portal communities much more 
effectively. Cool.
