I would like to note that customizing a wiki to the point that it's a  
web application will likely be more effort than integrating a wiki  
into a standalone web application.

If the site is going to be replaced with a wiki, then it would be  
appropriate to append all of the current "website design requirements"  
to the essential list of wiki requirements?
