If a wiki-as-a-content-handler is the point of these requirements, then our focus on a standalone wiki ala genunix is tangential, at best - other than to note that if we have both an embedded and a standalone wiki, it is a big plus if the markup is the same for both. The key os.o content handler requirement that comes to mind is that it must be /easy/ to add support to the operation of the webapp for the things we routinely do in and as a community. Since those things tend to evolve and change rapidly, a webapp structure that is hard or complex to change or extend should be counted as a negative. Governance-related activities include contributer lifecycle (sca, contribution tracking, validation, community group membership, ...), community group lifecycle (creation, relationships to other CGs, Task creation/tracking/review/..., release management, repo mgt, ...) and the like. -John _______________________________________________ website-discuss mailing list [email protected]
