The misunderstanding is due to the fact that the page should not be located at the "main namespace" if it's not a translation of an english page.
> For example, for this page: > https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php? title=Development/Impress/RemoteHowTo/fr&diff=0&oldid=68189 In this case, page was on "Development/Impress/RemoteHowTo/fr" which suggests french translation. If it is french "internal" page, it should be locaded under FR/Development/Impress/RemoteHowTo... (Maybe I mistunderstood guidelines from: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Multilingual_Wiki) Anyway, sorry for that and I gonna keep this in mind.
