Chris,
I checked with Suresh Chandrashekaran from the Globalization team, and
he assured me that SUNWiconv-extra is available in Nevada.
On the other hand, it seems pertinent to stay with your current webrev
since (0) it is not critical to the putback (1) ?dding this dependency
in will not in itself fix the iconv failures (2) we should decide which
of the other iconv packages should also be added in to the dependency list.
